Killing My Ears!!!!!!
Hi all.

The problem is my Cpu Fan makes too too much noise that it has affected my Hearing ability.

My right ear is extremely damaged due to that CPU sound. Because CPU is placed on my right side.

Any suggestions? What to do?
I tried cleaning the Heatsink Fan but no change at all!

And also, when i run High GPU consuming games like tb with shaders or an mmorpg, the fan starts making sound too much.
try making a downgrade(yeah a downgrade)or open your desktop to view if the fan are damaged
because if the fan its damaged can damage other desktop parts
:/
Check to see if your fan is hitting an out-of-place cable brushing against the blades, if that's not the case your fans bearings are either rusted or worn. If it's not your fan, unplug all the cables connected to your hard drive and turn on the computer. If the noise goes away you have a very loud hard drive and the best thing to do would be replace it.
questions i have are, is it a stock heatsink/fan?

if so how do you feel about replacing it?

how long as this sound been going on for? (is it relatively new or has it been there since you've had the computer/ heatsink/fan?)

is the sound a consistent sound? or is it a varying sound? (as leedub suggested it COULD be bearings but more likely the fan is just loud)

in most cases when dealing with fan problems you will need to replace the fan anyway.

some cooling solutions for cpu's don't leave you with very many options other than replacing the heatsink altogether to fix a loud fan. zalman makes good quiet cooling solutions for cpu's and if you end up replacing your heatsink then that's what i would suggest.
You don't say?

No, it is just like a normal cpu's Hum but increased way too much.
LeL0uch, I have the same problem, its just the make of the fan, some have variable speeds which mine has but rarely comes on, unless I'm playing Age of Mythology, then it kicks in.

It's that because my machine has it.
