Depends on what you're reporting them for.

Tekro has market reports covered.

But if you're reporting somebody for anything else, PMing a staff member who would have power over the person you're reporting, with evidence, should do.

If you are reporting someone for the content in his post, then click the button in the bottom left corner of the post saying "report". Then write the reason.
