Actually the style is supposed to be black and white

Well then it's fine

head is a bid to round

his head is round, and stubby/too short
his ears are elf ears
the right pec is off alittle
a strand of hair is screwed up.
the shadow under his mouth is also messed up
add a darker line around the orange clothing

I like the neck and parts under it
and the hair is pretty nice.
