I think the head is good but he needs to be with more details in the back of the head.

I wish you were aware that you can't see the back of the head.

The head is too simple, and it still have gaps. Try to make them all covered by the chosen color and blur the hair a bit, the head is way not attractive at all. Try to shade more and put some more details, also make some curves. And the mouth is too big. Don't make the robotic eye round, make in oval and portrait to make it round. Also for the other eye, better remove the red lines at the eyeballs. It makes the head badder.
