How To change the usertitle on VIP.?
Image Usertitle I mean.

And I got an account with VIP so don't say "hey kosu,you need tp/Vip to do that"

Only admins can change your usertitle to an image.

But my Alt already have an TP/VIP
And you mean change usertitle Normal member without TP/VIP?
If yes,who can change it?

as redundant said try to contact some of the admins they will certainly help you

It doesn't matter if you have TP/VIP or not. You can only change your usertitle text with TP or by getting an admin to change it for you, but to change it to an image, TP/VIP won't help you. Only an admin can do that. Period. And they will only do it if they want to. It's their choice whether or not to change it.
