Oh and by the way, there is absolutely no sync in your video.
I also forgot to mention that the fraps you use is fine, but how many fps do you use?
Because that video needs much improvement and less laggyness.

I don't see any slow motions.In fact,fake shaders?And it was kinda laggy when you recorded it.You get a 2/10 from me.Keep practicing more of your recording and sync skills and you will fine yourself with some improvements.
