replay shows it can last for at least 4000 frames(yes, the replay is 4000 frames long)
on gravity 0 0 -9.82:
lowering both shoulders
right rotating chest
contract left pecs
extend right pecs
hold left glute
space(50 or so frames)
hold all, relax left ankle
done!(mirror for opposite)
I know that one can last at least 1900 frames, and it sets up a way to start running, BACKWARDS!(Or walking forward about 2 steps, closing in the distance in a normal wushu match in 3 turns. the first turn is the normal first turn shown above, then instead of holding all, extend left hip, you get 1 step, press space, contract left hip, space, done![you need to put your foot down tho])
I am not sure it's the right subforum.
Also seems to resemble the wushu flat stance.
