Therapy
I'd like your opinion on therapy in general, whether it be rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation; from your school guidance counselor to a highly respected counseling therapist, any input you have on the matter.

Also, aspiring therapists or anyone that generally likes to help people through emotional issues, please PM me.
Useless. My mom once took me in for therapy so we could have a better relationship or something. She cancelled it after the 2nd appointment when she realized that this lady couldn't reach me in the least :]

I have been in and out of therapy for the past 2 years. In my experience it hasn't changed a thing.

therapy is like the dr. phil show, you can deal it for a little bit and then you go back to whatever you were doing to get you into therapy. Just ask britney spears :/
In many cases, therapy is actually quite helpful. Personally, I haven't been affected in any major way by therapy (that I can tell) but it's probably because I'm a stubborn prick. For people who are willing to change it can be a hugely positive thing.

(Referring to mental/psychotherapy here.)
