Local Moderator and SMOD.
Hello.

1- Can anyone tell me the requirements for being a local moderator or Super moderator?

2- Do you need to be a local moderator to become super moderator? Please Guide.
To be local moderator there are only board specific requirements.
For example, if you apply to be local moderator for the scripting board you should possess enough knowledge to fulfil that position properly.
Experience is hardly required but a bonus.
Most people start their careers as local moderator.

To become Smod you need to be experienced, known and trusted. A lot of responsibilies come with that job and they need to know that you have the common sense etc to handle it.
There are no certain requirements either besides having enough experience.

You can apply for all positions any time, you will be discussed and accepted if they currently are looking for new staff members and consider you trustworthy and valuable.

Every once in a while they make recruiting threads such as this one.

How are you?
Thank you, Redundant.

I will be applying for a local mod but i have difficulty finding a board which i fully understand.
Familiarize yourself with some of the boards, get to be active and post regularly (non-spam, of course).
This should help you understand them.

It would also be better for you to meet some of the people here, seeing as you don't post much and probably don't know many people here.
Repetitive.
Also you need to know the staffs and the rules.
Also you probably need to get on the IRC to meet the staffs and admins.
Get to know everything in this forum and Toribash, know the background and the details of Toribash and the forum.
Be good in English, be skilled/talented.
Get known well, be loyal, read the rules before posting in a board.
Get known in the board you want to moderate.

None of that is really necessary but it helps.
Absolute base for local mod:
Shown you are trustworthy. Few infracts and bans etc...

Base for Smod:
Moderating experience.
People know you.

That's the minimum you need. Everything else will definitely raise your chances though.
