so If I see a request of something like this I should memorize the looks of the texture styles?

I assume you are an artist?
When people request colors like Toxic, or Demolition, they are toribash colors. If you use GIMP you can download a palette for it here
That makes your job a lot easier when creating requests for textures.

You can see the colors in the shop. They usually say the color that matches the colors of the joints and gradients in torishop.
