Ok... im going to pay 2000 TC for the best PS3 Theme made, to make a PS3 Theme Youll need to download the PS3 Theme Builder from Here. Basically it has to have a few different backgrounds of things like decaps kicks and punchs and the icons should be something like head textures of famous people or just bloodied versions of the current ones... If none of them are really good enough then noone will win but i will give the next 2 runner-ups 300 TC and if the winner is okay with it i will put the Theme on www.ps3-themes.com or they can do it themselves
