So today I got to go to a Japanese Hibachi restaurant. Learn what hibachi is! It was extremely cool to watch as the chef made your food on a massive grill right in front of you. Not only does he cook the food, but he throws in little flares with his utensils. If anybody has a chance to experience this, go for it because you will love what you see!

Unfortunately, I can't find any good hibachi videos on youtube that didn't have crap music/editing, but if you want to check it out you can just look it up yourself.

My cousin used to work at a Hibachi restaurant so did my dad they both were the main chefs so i got to see it almost every saturday was amazing yes but dad almost stabbed me so thats why i like cook your own meat places better.......still amazing though
