Rules

Breaking a rule will result in a punishment.
1st time: Warning
2nd time: Rank demotion (your clan rank goes down)
3rd time: A week long ban from thread
4th time: Perma-banned from thread (YOU MAY NOT COME BACK)

(he makes most of the decisions regarding the clan and has the final say, usually)

The board(co-leaders)
(they help the CEO in running the clan, etc.)

Application
The application is completely free form, so if you do anything like
"name:
belt:
age:"
then you will be auto-rejected. (having more than 50 words won't hurt, though)
Example of correct application: hello my name is Ricky and i would like to join your clan. i am 17 years old and have been playing toribash for 7 months. I am currently a black belt and my best mods are aikido and judo. i enjoy playing basketball, and, obviously, toribash. i would like to join because you look like you could use a few members and I've been looking for a clan for a while. I am skilled in texture making, but not so good at making replays. i hope you consider me, thanks.
