Made it in 10 minutes ,didn't take the time to shade hair but lets call this a w.i.p and tell me that you guys think.

Well there's still a seam on the back i think you'd better try to fix it. And ofc. The Shading's missing, as you already said. And what's that right above the mouth?
Well but at all I think for the first head and for 10 minutes it's okay.

Ok, lets see.
Nice use of photoshop filters, its rare for someone to actually attempt it. The fact is a little hight, try and get the nose centered. Eyes are nice for a beginner, but a little offset. Try and move the iris closer to the middle to make them seem focus forwards.
Hairline needs to come down too, and the bottom needs to be shaded to give depth. But, that's about it. Good start.

use the head template from the textures page in the shop menu. its easy to understand that :3
