Constant switch between music with absolutely no consideration to smooth overlapping.
Bad font choices, can't read most text.

Probably the music that makes it so bloody annoying to watch. A tip: Just because you like the music doesn't mean it will make a good movie tune.

Not as bad as Lancelite makes it sound, but I think the big problem is you just tried too hard.

I know that's the most frustrating thing to hear, but there's just to much effects, text, and the whole video it too busy. From a technical standpoint, you did a decent and fairly impressive job, but it's just overwhelming. A lot of the effects are really nifty, but they should have been used sparingly.

The sync isn't too bad, and the music, imo, fits the clan and the replays. Not my favorite music, but it fits. At least, it's got a good tempo, beat, and feel.

Oh and the replays are good too.

Yah, I agree with Spartan.
The point is to watch the replays and see the members. While showing your ability to edit movies, you put too much on.
The replays (while looking hard to see them) were very good.
