What do you mean hair? A texture or like in Wii?
If your saying hair like you see in toribash Wii, you cant do it in PC versions. There's no hair feature in toribash PC.

What do you mean you cant do what it says? Do you mean you cant understand it or you cant do it on your gimp?

The tutorial is pretty easy as i can see.
You can just follow up to the sixth step

in the first link when i click the free tool and then im done decorating the head the next step says click brush tool so i clicked it and it just disappear i did it like a 5 times
