Alright, be forewarned, this is in quite early stages, and the colors/shading/sides are non-existent. I'd like some CnC on the face itself at this point, and some ideas for what I can add to it.

Possibly at the end you could add some sort of grunge texture to it. Whatever you do though, don't make the shape like the usual tribal head.

Put a watermark somewhere on there, some people do steal nice things like these :u

I like so far, but I don't like the round eyes. Probably because I haven't seen a preview with it yet though :P. I'm curious to see how the bottom/neck area will map.

Keep going, nothing really much to cnc on.

need to fix up your curves.
attack the eye area with the pen tool to fix up the flow from the side tribals, to the eyes to those little triangles on the eyes.
and do the same on the downward section on the sides, you can see where the brush segmant finishes and the next one starts

pixelly bits over the eyes aswell.

overall, looks pretty interesting
