This replay is a few months old and this strange DQ problem might've been fixed already, but here's what happened:

If it's a problem of dqing instantly due to it being a freerun mod and there's a dojo, you can solve this by:
open the replay in notepad.
scroll down to where it says:
FRAME 0; 0 0 0 0
and delete from there to right above
FRAME 10; 0 0 0 0

I'd look and fix it myself, but I keep downloading blank replays.
