Made in Photoshop CS5 in about 8 hours.
Might add things, depends if I like the idea.

doesn't look really good with the tongue that big and bright. It needs more dark colors!

Yup, that was the tut I used along with the tons of references. I'm a huge fan of the guy!
Do you really think the TONGUE should be darker?
