Completely free, fun game. =]

TrackMania Nations: Forever has some very unique tracks and challenges.

You can paint your own vehicle, and create your own tracks. It has multiplayer, too.

Click here to get it.

(You can also get it from Steam, but it's hard to find).

Another nice video with custom made tracks.
