Basically your imagination tells yourself what the art piece is saying. There is no main message.

Sharpen it a bit, maybe bold some parts, and add some color. The man's head is also deranged, so try to improve that.

It's ment to be deranged. I use differant shapes for differant things.

the idea is good
but you can improve quality by using illustrator or photoshop to redo the lines

I can't really see what that is, I guess you have to post a better quality version to make it more clear for me to see.
It looks like a good concept, but I don't really get what it's supposed to look like.
