[V]Changes Around Here
Greetings leaders and members of Voltage:
Although this clan is doing very well, I hope nobody would mind if I made this thread, and pointed out some of the flaws in our clan, since I feel it is my duty as a good member to help out as much as I can.
1: The leader: Tengo, you are doing your job very well, you're cool and have control over the clan. So good job on that, but you should try not to make those racist comments, because if you get banned again we could have serious problems with the clan. So fix that please <3
2: The Co-Leaders:
Gamer: Gamer, you are also doing a great job at being a co leader. Keep it up, mate.
Ruki: Ruki, well, your a good friend, your cool, but in my opinion I am not sure if you are the best option for a co leader. You are a great guy, but don't you think that your activity is a tad low to constantly fix and update various threads? I also noticed that you have been having family/RL problems, and you've been going inactive for weeks at a time. No offense, but I think that you should fix up your life, get yourself together, then get back to work, because I'm sure nobody wants to see you getting all stressed out with TB and all. <3
3: Also, not only is activity important, but also organizing the clan. As you can see I have seen several threads that are useless, for example these:
Voltage News:
^This isn't ever updated, and it's not like nothing ever goes on.
Complaint Box:
If we had any complaints of the clan or members we should make the members pm one of the leaders or co-leaders instead of posting it in a thread. That would be a better solution to organize the clan.
The complaint box hasn't got a single post and it has been opened since July 9th, and we are not perfect, so it seems to me like people aren't making complaints like these.
Suggestion Box:
This thread would be the same as the complaint box. This could be discussed in IRC or through via pm. The last post from it was 3 weeks.
The Members And Allies:
This thread could be moved to the Information about Voltage220.

As you can see the members are good enough but some of them are slightly inactive:
My suggestion would be to recruit two or so members, then go invite only. Then perhaps do monthly activity checks.

Look what I found!
I completely agree with BioEx. Especially with the whole Ruki thing. He is really cool and all, but his activity is pretty low. And I do not think that he can be bothered with TB if he has real life problems. From personal experience, I can say that you shouldn't turn a blind eye on real life problems, especially when it comes to family.
How about this Voltage, why not make BioEx a co-ldr?
He knows what he's doing, and from knowing him well, I can say that he an intelligent fellow, and can probably help the clan out very much. He would take care of the clan very nicely, I can tell.
