Seems like you made half of it then c/p.

I did. Except for the back.

Try free handing all of it, Trust me, you will get better and your heads will look a lot better.

Anyone else have an opinion? I need to know what else to improve on.

If you have photoshop use the pen tool, it will look reallllyyy good if you use it well.
