i think he means that he wanted to view the flat not like upload it.if so i cant help with that but i think there is a program to view toribash textures.i forget where i got that from and the program is called "previewer" .its a folder inside it has the program and other stuff(the name of the folder is called previewer not the program)

No need for big fuss and no "previewer" needed for this.
