My router is not recieving packeages from the internet server. and that is causing high ping on all the programs that uses internet.

especially In online games (Like toribash, CS. etc)

There is a way to solve this? I called My Isp. but they don't respond or don't know how to solve the problem. there is another way?

I had the same problem a couple of nights ago. Try going to your router, disconnecting the power for ten seconds, and then place it back in. This is usually what you would try first.

Tried that about 1 week ago.
