Something weird s going on to the left of the mouth, some strange pinching or some black in the wrong spot.

its a funny F design
the thing that bothers me is the shadow....
the shadow starts out with the water glass.. and suddenly it becomes bigger :O
and suddenly a cactus shaped shadow appears instead of the F shadow
if you want to create a cactus shadow at least start the shadow from the bottom right part of the image...
but if you were to do that you should obviously have to change the lighting in the F and the glass...
the glass the glasses and the F seem to have different perspective points...
