Hi i have a big problem with ban.
On my original account i got banned because my best friend from germany login into my tori account and i got banned...
My original account name is : ulus05

The ban reason is:

You have been banned for the following reason:
Your account has been compromised, and has therefore been temporarily suspended. Please contact [email protected] to have the ban lifted.

i send some email`s to support but dont get any respond! the first mail i send was one month ago.
I changed my original account password.

Please dear support unban my original account.
Cause its very important to me.
Thank you.

Just give them some time.

They get a lot of emails everyday.

Send another email to [email protected], they are getting hundreds of these so the occasional one may be over looked.

I send mail every day... and *poof* nothing
