Too much smudge on the joints, and on the full sized image heads outlines are pixelated and that smudge looks bad on the head.
Luckily those pixels are barely visible on the 100x100 version but joints look even worse.
So the thing is to smooth out those pixels and make those joints less smudgy IMO.
Also, the BG is boring as hell.
Anyway, better than the most tori avatars around.
