nice, love the design, you should add more part on the black part.

The flat shade of blue you chose for those highlights kinda kills it. Your highlights look too simple.

The blue parts do ruin it. Also, another thing that isn't right good is some of the edges, they don't look sharp enough, or the shape is just weird.
Not bad though, looks pretty cool.

The bright colors draw your eyes away from the nice head, id do more shading and change the bright line colors. [right now] 7/10

its very nice, the design is nice and cool plus theres the glow effect but not really glowy just looks like glowing but it would be better with shading and more definition

Hmm, I like it. It's tribal, yet it has a cartoony feeling to it, not only that but you chose your colors wisely for the head, good job.
