Sorry I havent played Toribash in about a year or so, but felt like trying it again. When I log in it lets me play singleplayer, but when i click multoplayer the client crashes and force closes. What do i do to fix the problem? Is there no more muliplayer for the PC?

You are using a PC and not a mac, right?
If so, download the latest version of toribash from here, and we'll work from there.

Yeah im using a PC and I already downloaded the latest version of toribash for the PC V3.91
It still gives me the same error though :/

Yes.
Currently, there is a major bug if you're using a windows 7 that "disables" the TB engine from loading multiplayer correctly, and in the process of debugging the engine, it force crashes.
Unfortunately, nothing can be done until hampa gets his hands on a windows 7.

tl;dr - Multiplayer does not work on windows 7 at the moment.
