Everything is syncable. You don't have to do it for every beat or every note, but you can find significant parts that you want to stand out.
Ratings shouldn't be adjusted for effort and time. If you put in very little time, you should expect very little reception.
Dialords event means nothing. None of those videos really stood out as anything more than 7/10.
At 0:10, you "synced" an insignificant backflip by increasing velocity and throwing effects at it. That doesn't work.
At 0:18, the opening melody gets repeated. No sync there. Instead, you changed replays at 0:20, in the middle of the second repetition.
Third repetition (kinda variated) at 0:22. Same problem as above.
At 0:27, theres a change in the music, but you transitioned during the second before. A tad early.
The build up in the music is at 0:32-0:34 (oooh), yet you slowed the replay from 0:30-0:34?
You transitioned to a new replay at 0:37, in the middle of "part B" of the song. You're gonna complain that the replay ended though, you had to change. OR you could have used a different replay all together so that the replay starts at the third repetition of "part a" builds up to a hit in the middle, and continues through the first part of "part B". If none of the replays were that long, I would have tried to transition earlier, probably by moving the build-up-hit down off the screen.
0:43, Part B repeats. You changed replays. You synced.
0:47, part B repeats again. You transitioned, but the next replay starts action too slowly.
I'm tired of typing. Not breaking everything down again.
I suggest you try prepping the song (see my youtube, promo sequence.mp4, see the link in description to see both vids). It seems like you just choose a section, laid it down, and place replays as you go. It takes planning to not get stuck trying to edit your way out of a situation. Again, more time = worth more.
