Simple body breaker for newbies
I just made a new body breaker for newbies hope you like it
How to do:
Hold all, extend abs ,contract both pecs and make grabby hands space(2x)
lower both shoulders ,extend both glutes and contract both hips space(3x)
Contract both glutes space(3x)
Raise both shoulders ,contract both knees and extend both ankles space(1x)
hold both ankles space(2x)
Lower both shoulders and done
