so.. is there any good org that can teach me or at least guide me in replay making

Well theres no Org for just Replay making, Theres a couple orgs for different mods like sambo, aikido etc. They have some of the best players at that certain mod so you may be able to join one and get some help off some of those guys, but all toribash skill is really from practice.
