gimp question
how do i:

select a part then duplicate/copy it the move it to the right then rotate from left to right?


it is really making me mad because i cant make good head textures.

select with selection rectangle/or something else. Ctrl+c to copy, ctrl+v to paste, then drag to move and click the rotate button on the left panel to choose to rotate
