Hey,
as i just rejoined Toribash yesterday (after approximate one year break) i also just started to do GFX, and Artworks in general again.
Means i just started again with GIMP, looking out to get Photoshop soon.

well... not that big work... some blur, a really light opacity brush and a layer with a grid... I dont really like the loss of contrast on raiden.. and I would make those eyes glow a bit more...

I don't neither :/ i accidently did, and couldn't undo somehow. And i didn't want to start again. By the way, did you notice the Rainbow Plasma Layer? I think it also gives a little effect, even if you don't really notice it on the first look.
