Rules
1. The Starting bids cannot be haggled.
2. The Minraises cannot be haggled.
3. The Autobuys cannot be haggled
4. The End dates cannot be haggled.
5. The Notes cannot be haggled.
6. The Auction House only accepts TC.
7. If you withdraw your bid, you must pay 20% of the total sum of the withdrawn bid. No exceptions.
