When You Bye Stuff How U Equip To Yourself

click the "shop" button on top of the page, then look at the left of screen on the sidebar, there will be a bunch of options, click on "deactivated inventory" then click "activate" next to the name of the item

I did that and I dont see a difference in my character. Plus I cant see anyone elses look either, everyones guy just looks like the default.
