Ok For that u have to wait untill they make a gm recruiting thread and there are the requirements but almost all times theres no requirements only app ingeniously

You send an application to an admin, with the board you wish to moderate. The app should include a lot of Toribash info, and 'why should you be a moderator' stuff.

^This would be how to become a local moderator, which is someone who moderates a specific board on the forums.

GM stands for GameMaster, not Game Moderator.

Basically what vampire3 said, except you are actually allowed to send in applications at any time, there's just a better chance of you getting it while recruiting is going on.
