Why does it look like this?
I want into the "unitblabla" (Call it that since i cant remember english name) and i pressed processor and there is 4 things in there... Why?

I know its dual core. But is that the threads?

Yep, it'll show up as 4 if its dual core and has 2 threads.

That's completely normal.
