How does it work?
Do you need to set it up, or what?

Head to http://on.toribash.com/, and it will ask you for an alias. Enter in your username, add an image and text to show upon clicking the URL, and select change settings. Then, enter in the URL, for instance, yours might be dude2346.on.toribash.com. Hampa's is http://hampa.on.toribash.com/. This is the best way I could explain it. I'm sure other people could explain it better than I could.

You set it up in the site on.toribash.com, put your username before the 'on', set a description and image if you want to, put it on your signature, done.
Take mine on the bottom of my post for example.

Please remember to never post your on.toribash link on the forums.
You can advertise it through your sig but that's about it. Posting it is against the forum rules.

Just like they explained and every time a user clicks on this site you will gain 30tc on your account.

It's kinda funny for some times, but after a while you get used to it and it get's boring

on.toribash link is an invitation link for those who are not logged in on forums or not registered yet.
You see, this link is called an "invitation link" to get people to join Toribash.
Whenever an unregistered/not logged in person opens the link, you instanly get 30 ToriCredits.
