Go from to with one slightly complicated move. And here's how you do it!

Hold all (c)
Extend both pecs
Raise both shoulders
Contract both elbows
Extend both wrists.
Make both hands grabby.
Right/Left rotate chest and lumbar.
Extend left/right hip
Contract that hip's leg.

Watch it fly! It rips the opponent's arm clear off at no damage to you, and even if it fails, you have a takedown factor to put in.
