Hey there, try this book, it's really interesting. It's about a 12-15 year old genius. (you bassically grow up with him). He has this massive Body Guard known as "Butler". His first name is Domovoi. The butlers a a large family of body guards for the Criminal Masterminds of the fowls. Artemis Fowl the || has discovovered fairies and wants to steel their gold. These are not the Tinker Bell type of faries they have trolls elfs goblins and pixies. The live far under ground away from the Mud men (Humans). That's all I'll say but Lightningkid got me hooked to these books. If you want to go get some here are the orders. The author is Eoin Colfer.

Artemis Fowl- Gold book.

Artemis Fowl (The arctic incident)- Silver book.

Artemis Fowl (The eternity code)- Blue book.

Artemis Fowl (The opal deception)- Black book. (I'm reading it)

These books rock. I've only read the first 3 though. I cba to read the other 2, I thought it would just be a trilogy. I read those 3 quite close together and I'm not gonna get into them again. But yeah great books.

Yeah my favorite charactar is Captain Holly Short and maybe the Centaur, it's wierd how these goblins are reptalian and lick their eye balls

I've read and own all 5, and will probably get the graphic novel when I get round to buying it.

Another awesome book series is the Bartimaeus trilogy, written by Jonathen Stroud.
Its a really good read imo, just a pity it was a trilogy only.
