Bounty Text costs 2,000 TC (displays ingame after Bounty is claimed)

After the person who is to be hunted has been beaten, the text you put into that box appears ingame under their name for all to see.

why have 2k? we can do 100tc

2k with the hope that they wouldn't be spammed around as much as if they were cheaper.
