set mod running.tbm.
press 'C'
contract both hips, contract abs
--space--
hold abs, relax pecs, contract elbows, extend hips
--space--
contract one hip and relax it's knee
--space 2x---
extend the hip, contract the other and relax it's knee aswell.
then you have to repeat that and balance with lumbar/abs etc.
