If you're going to do something, do it right.

An example would be if you're nervous about going in front of your class and talk about your homework or whatever. You go up there and can't even get the words out, your face turns red and everyone is laughing at you.

If you listen to the quote, you just suck it up and realise that you have 2 options.

a) Do it right.
