Well I was just about to buy a head from a guy (He was re-coloring) when all of a sudden I go to his profile and it says that he is non-existing. (Yes I know this means banned) I loved the head he had but now that he's been banned for almost a month I'm not sure whether to go look for another head or what.
Anyone give me any advice?

Since he is banned, contact a GM and ask him if you have the permission to use this head.
Maybe you need to pay a smal fine for that.
Unless he is banned for some time, then you have to wait.
