If 'gays, lesbians, transgenders, etc' would stop pushing propaganda on to minors, then it wouldn't be a problem. Do you really think it is a good idea to do that? It has been well proven that children are impressionable, and I don't think this kind of thing is the sort of issue a child should have to deal with.
i will try even with my bad english to disagree:
actually its all in the point of view.
first of all i wouldnt call it an issue. I dont get whats an issue about homosexuality itself if it was meant like that.
i also cant see any propaganda in expressions of gay networks and papers or demonstrations.
this bill would seriously harm gay transgend lesbian bi literature and the whole gay community. It would take away the(even now) small space they fought for, for ages.
Which is a really bad thing to me.
i dont get anything wrong about confronting children with homosexuality/trans/bi
We are confronted with heteronormative (<-- are you calling it like that in english O.e) stuff everywhere and our society is over-sexed.
There are two options:
less oversexed society
or opentoallkindsofsexuality oversexed society.

and if i may correct you correcting mintcat i think in your interpretation of his post the correct version would be:
mintcat: everyone should be able to express themselves
