Sparring? need help
couple of questions
so yeah I dont know what is sparring everytime I go to ingame I always see this colourful name "sparring or spar"

what do we do in there?
what game rules should I put?
and what mods can we spar?
are there any spar mods?

you can find all of the answers to your questions there.

If you are a beginner and want to learn about sparring you can join RSO (Rookie Sparrers Organization) and join
as a student, We pretty much accept everyone who is dedicated in learning how to spar
