All that mouth needs is a little bit of shading around the edges so that it fits in with the rest of the piece, pretty minor thing to do, i'm sure you'll have no hassle making it blend in with the rest of the head.
There's a seam on the top 'scale'(i'm not really sure what they are) at the back of the head. Great job on the chin, although I think it would look better if you made his chin look a little thinner, he looks like a skinny 'orc' but seems to have a really fat chin, does not suit him one bit.
I like how you've made this head, really imaginitive and significicant 'markings' or whatever they are on the face area, really makes it unique.

I usually dislike monster/creature heads, but this one is ok.

I recommend adding some more detail to the mouth. The teeth look a little messed up.
