Here is a list of my moves, i've taken some hours to make them, so i hope you all enjoy this.
Please make good use of it and enhance or critic the moves.

For Kitchen sink if u relax all on the Uke before u extend knees u'll decap him!!!

these are good for someone starting out, but for someone who wants to play in the big leaugs; you got to learn things like;

grab hands
contract abs

space

extend wrists
lower shoulders

space

i think its pretty nice

just realised something, i got that move wrong, here's the corrected version:

C (hold all)
Extend neck
Contract abs
arms up
soulders forward
space (arms will raise to strike foe)
arms down
grab hands
hips forward
contract knees
extend ankles
space (jump for a secdond strike setup)
space (owchies for ukes :P)
space (death)

space to finish or:
raise arms
shoulders back
ungrab hands
extend elbows and wrists
extend knees
hips back
glutes out
space space space space...
